the AI Readiness Assessment is an educational self-assessment. It scores the answers you give and returns general guidance about automation exposure, readiness, governance and leverage. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a measurement of your performance or of any individual's future.

It is not medical, clinical, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It is not an employment decision tool, and it must not be used to hire, fire, promote, discipline, rank, or set the pay of any worker. It does not evaluate any protected characteristic and it is not designed or validated as a selection procedure under federal or state employment law.

Employers: if you need a lawful basis for a workforce action, work with counsel. Nothing here substitutes for your own legal and regulatory review, including any state rules on automated employment decision tools.

Completing this assessment does not create a consulting, attorney-client, or clinical relationship with Imara Health AI. Any follow-up engagement would be covered by a separate written agreement.

Results depend entirely on the answers you provide and on assumptions that may not fit your situation. We make no guarantee of any outcome, including job security, compliance status, or business results. Use of the assessment is at your own discretion.
