Privacy notice

When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment we collect the identifiers and commercial information you type into the form: your first name, your email address and, if you take the employer track, your organization name and approximate headcount. We also collect the answers you select and the four dimension scores calculated from them.

We collect this to send you your result, to follow up about workforce AI readiness services, and to improve the assessment. We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment details, precise geolocation, or biometric data through this page.

the AI Readiness Assessment asks about work tasks, policies and training. It does not ask for patient information, and you should not enter any. Because we are not acting as a covered entity or business associate when you use this page, information you submit here is not protected health information under HIPAA. Do not include patient identifiers in any field.

Imara Health AI does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in California and comparable state privacy laws. We do not use it for automated decisions about your employment.

We use service providers to host this page and to deliver email. They act on our instructions under contract and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We send marketing email only to people who check the consent box on the form. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that we honor promptly, and identifies Imara Health AI with a valid postal address. You can also email support@imarahealthai.com to be removed.

We retain assessment submissions for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you withdraw consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to withdraw consent. You may also appeal a decision we make on a request. We will not deny you goods or services for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email support@imarahealthai.com with the email address you used. We verify requests by replying to that address. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time.

This assessment is intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, email support@imarahealthai.com and we will delete it.

This page does not set advertising cookies and does not build an advertising profile of you. Your answers are held in your browser during the assessment and are only transmitted when you submit the form.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected here. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
